The staff at this hotel were really nice and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and were always available to assist with any queries or requests. The location of the hotel was also great, with convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, the spaciousness of the room was a pleasant surprise, providing us with ample space to relax and unwind.
The bathroom in particular was not up to standard, with dirt and grime present around the taps and on the floor. It was evident that the housekeeping standards needed improvement.
